Can I return my Baskiti products? Yes, of course. You are welcome to return all - non personalised - products within 7 days from date of purchase. It must be in the same condition as when it was sent. Courier fees will be for your own account, and not Baskitis.
Is there a warranty on the Baskiti products? Sadly, no. The reason is, we don't know if you have overloaded the product or damaged it in any way (aka wear and tear). We will however replace a faulty product within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
How does delivery work? You can either collect at our offices in Durbanville or we will send a courier to your door. Payment details and fees will display at checkout. Sadly, we cannot do paxi or postnet due to the size of our goods.
How long does products generally take? Because our products are handmade we do have a 1-3 week timeline, we will however update you on the progress.
How do I personalise my Christmas Stocking? Please email jana@baskiti.co.za with the names. Please ALWAYS add the order number in the subject line.
